Mobile lighting machinery insufficient engine power and continuous black smoke, most of the engine cylinder or all cylinders are too much oil supply, fuel and air mixing ratio imbalance, combustion of serious hypoxia, diesel combustion is incomplete, suspended free carbon elements with the exhaust gas discharged together. If the exhaust pipe is discontinuous discharge of black smoke, and accompanied by "popping" sound, it indicates that individual cylinder combustion is not complete. The reasons are summarized as follows.
① Improper commissioning of fuel injection pump causes excessive oil supply and incomplete combustion.
② The injection quality of most fuel injectors is poor.
③ The lift light tower oil supply is not timely.
The opening height of the intake valve is reduced and the opening time is delayed, resulting in insufficient intake air.
⑤ The air filter element is too dirty or the air filter is installed incorrectly, so that the air is not smooth.
⑥ The booster efficiency of the supercharger decreases.
⑦ lift light tower has poor fuel quality.
